How to make a Tiny Desk AI video

Match a performer to the reference, choose a photo for that role, and leave the rest unchanged. Use this guide to prepare your cast; video orders are not open yet.

Which performer is which?

These are the original people you can replace, not uploaded photos. Left and right follow your view of the video.

The white-capped front performer sings backing vocals and shakes a tambourine. The red-capped performer in the middle close-up is the lead singer.

1. Choose who changes and who stays

Add a portrait beside each role you want to replace. Choose one, several or all five; the lead singer is optional. Empty slots keep the reference performers. Photo selection order does not assign the roles. No group photo is needed, and the tool does not automatically split one into individual faces.

2. Use a clear individual portrait

Use JPG, PNG or WebP up to 10 MB. Keep one face and its distinctive features visible; avoid sunglasses, heavy filters and motion blur. Convert HEIC to JPG instead of renaming the file. You do not need a desk or concert background. Use your own photo or a consenting adult’s photo; minors, celebrities and public figures are not permitted inputs. Photos stay on your device until payment succeeds.

3. Watch the example before paying

When ordering opens, watch and listen to the complete generated example, then check the video specifications, total price and delivery limit before paying. Sign in with Google or your email and password. Canceling sign-in or payment keeps the local draft for up to 24 hours.

4. Download from My videos

After confirmed payment, your selected portraits upload and generation begins. A completion email points back to My videos. Save your MP4 before the 30-day download period ends. The creation link shares the tool, not your private video.

If your photo is rejected

Choose one clearly visible subject and a supported file. If a paid photo cannot be used, replace it once for free or request a full refund.

If you cannot find an order

Sign in to the same account and check My videos before paying again. Processing does not mean failed. After the delivery limit shown before payment, you can cancel for a full refund.

What this workflow does

This is a fixed desk-concert template with five optional role slots. Choose one, several or all five; only filled roles are replaced. Each role appears during its part of the performance, not throughout all 15 seconds. The output includes generated sound. No prompt, timeline editor or outside editing app is required. Custom lyrics and voice cloning are not offered.

Before posting

Make clear that the performance is AI-generated and follow the destination platform’s rules. Do not present it as official concert footage, a real performance by the subject or an endorsement.
