Before and after payment
Your browser stores a local photo draft for up to 24 hours. You can remove it on the creation form. After payment, a standardized copy is uploaded to private storage. The selected generation provider receives your photo and template instructions to make the video. Any automatic subject description used in generation is stored with the photo so retries can reuse it. The production provider route will be disclosed before checkout opens. Payments are processed by Stripe, with Waffo available as a backup. Existing payments and refunds remain with their original payment provider. The site does not receive your full card details.
Retention on this site
Our photo copies and automatic subject descriptions are deleted within 7 days of delivery, cancellation or refund. Finished videos remain downloadable for 30 days from delivery. Choosing Delete removes access immediately and queues physical deletion of our copies, including processing copies and subject descriptions.
Who can access the files
Other users cannot access your photos or videos, and there is no public customer gallery. Processing providers and authorized support staff may access content when necessary to make the video or investigate a reported problem. Public examples require separate permission; buying a video does not grant it.
Providers and deletion limits
Atlas Cloud’s published policy limits its own use of customer content for model training unless authorized in writing, but third-party model providers have separate terms. We have not verified a no-training commitment for the specific upstream routes used for subject recognition and video generation, so we do not promise one. This service is not configured for Enterprise Zero Data Retention.
Retention at processing providers
Atlas Cloud’s standard-service policy permits temporary retention for up to 7 days unless service documentation or an agreement specifies otherwise. The final processing route and any applicable retention settings will be disclosed before checkout opens. Uploaded input files and request records follow separate rules; its upload documentation does not specify an exact deletion deadline. Our 7-day photo and 30-day video limits cover our storage only. Deleting our copies cannot remove copies held by another provider, already downloaded or shared elsewhere.
Content reports and privacy requests
Contact support@tinydeskai.fit to report prohibited content, request deletion, raise a privacy concern or appeal a content decision. We use your contact information, order reference and relevant evidence to investigate and reply. Authorized support may inspect the reported input and output when necessary; we do not publish reports or grant other customers access to them. Do not include passwords, full payment card details or illegal material.
Account and payment records
The account email identifies your orders and receives password reset and delivery messages. Email registration and sign-in do not require a verification email. Passwords are stored as hashes, not readable text. Financial, order and audit records are separate from photos and videos and are not covered by the 7-day or 30-day file deletion rules. Contact support for an account-data or deletion request; deleting a video does not itself delete these records. Photos, video bytes and local preview URLs are not sent to analytics.
Analytics and error reports
Optional analytics requires consent and does not receive your photos, email address or private order links. Refusing analytics does not affect purchases or downloads. Technical error reports exclude photo contents and account emails.
Provider policies
Our storage deadlines do not control copies held by processing providers. Review Atlas Cloud’s data policy and input-upload documentation. The final production route will be identified before checkout opens.
