One purchase, one video
The planned price is US$4.99 total, including any applicable tax, for one personalized MP4. The final price, duration, dimensions and generated sound specifications will be shown before ordering opens. There is no watermark, subtitle option, subscription or credit pack. There is no free personalized generation. The creation form shows current ordering availability, delivery estimate and latest delivery limit before payment. That limit starts at confirmed payment and includes the time needed to upload your photos.
Your photo and permission
You must have the rights to use each image and its subject. A real person must be you or an adult aged 18 or over who has agreed to the remake. Do not submit minors, celebrities, public figures or non-consenting people. Do not use this service to impersonate or mislead others. Follow the destination platform’s rules when sharing realistic AI content.
What can differ
AI likeness, movement, timing and background details can vary. We do not promise voice cloning or exact lip sync. The purchased video and sound specifications determine whether a result is usable. Severe distortions, missing promised features and unplayable files are covered by the refund policy.
Content standards and prohibited uses
These rules apply to uploaded photos, generated videos and their use. Do not submit, request, generate or distribute pornography, nudity or sexually explicit/NSFW material; graphic violence, gore or content encouraging violence; hate speech, discriminatory abuse or extremist propaganda; child sexual abuse material (CSAM), child exploitation or sexualized depictions of minors; non-consensual or deceptive deepfakes, impersonation, fraudulent endorsements or fabricated evidence; or material that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy or likeness rights. Minors and public figures are not permitted inputs. Do not bypass safety checks or present an AI video as an authentic recording.
AI model and permitted scope
The generation provider receives the permitted input photo and the selected template instructions to make a personalized desk-concert performance. The production model and sound route will be disclosed before checkout opens. Consent does not give you rights to another person’s work, brand or likeness, or permission for deceptive, sexual or harmful uses.
How content is reviewed
The generation flow uses a fixed performance template; users cannot supply custom prompts, dialogue or voice recordings. Automated file checks verify supported image formats and size, and a provider safety rejection stops that attempt. File checks do not verify age, consent or every prohibited content category. Content and rights reports are reviewed manually using the relevant order record and, where necessary, the reported input and output. We may request evidence of permission and pause affected generation during a rights review. We do not claim that every image or video receives human review or a separate automated content-safety scan.
Breaches, refusal of service and refunds
If a request violates these rules, we may refuse to generate or remake it, pause affected orders or templates during review, revoke access to affected videos, and remove our stored copies under the Privacy policy. We explain the decision and any remedy to the customer unless disclosure is prohibited by law or would expose another person’s private information. Access to support and applicable refund rights remains available. Rejected photos and orders we cannot fulfil remain covered by the published replacement and full-refund rules. We do not impose a no-refund penalty or deduct processing fees from an eligible full refund. There are no subscription balances or credits to forfeit.
Report a violation or appeal
Email support@tinydeskai.fit with the order reference or location of the disputed content, the rule or right involved, and relevant non-sensitive evidence. Do not forward illegal material. We review reports within 2 business days, restrict access where warranted, and explain the outcome or any further information needed. Reporter details are shared only as needed to investigate or meet legal obligations. If you disagree with a decision, reply to the same address with the reference and your reasons; support reconsiders the evidence and responds within 2 business days.
Access and remedies
Keep your sign-in available to find your orders. Downloads remain available for 30 days after delivery, unless deleted or revoked. The Refunds page explains failures, deadlines and unusable results; you retain the choice between an approved remake and a full refund.
