The concert, the template and your video
Charlie Wilson’s Tiny Desk performance of Outstanding provides the musical context. The original reference on our homepage is the five-person AI template used to select roles; it is not the original NPR concert recording. Our generated example is a separate 15-second result made from five fictional adult portraits. These three videos serve different purposes.
Which part can you take?
The reference moves from the three backing singers to a red-capped lead singer, then to the saxophone player. The white-capped performer at the front is a backing singer with a tambourine, not the keyboard player. Use the original-role pictures in the form to identify the person you want to replace. Roles have different framing and screen time.
Your own desk-concert version
Choose any 1–5 of the five performers. Add one portrait for each role you want to replace; empty roles retain the reference performers. Watch the actual generated example: 15 seconds, vertical 720p, with generated sound. AI appearance, movement and sound can vary.
